What do we treat?

Adjustment disorders

– it is a condition in which a person has difficulty adapting to stressful situations or changes in life. It manifests as anxiety, depressed mood, irritability, or behavioral problems. It usually develops in response to significant events, such as moving, job loss, divorce, or a serious illness. Symptoms can last from several months to six months and often disappear after adapting to the new situation.

Depressive disorders

– it is a group of mental states in which a person experiences a prolonged feeling of sadness, apathy, and loss of interest in life. It is difficult for them to enjoy things that previously brought pleasure, they feel constant fatigue, lack of energy, and have problems with concentration. Depression may be accompanied by sleep and appetite disturbances, feelings of guilt, helplessness, and even thoughts of death. These disorders interfere with work, study, and social interactions and require support or treatment.

Anxiety disorders

– it is a group of mental states in which a person experiences severe anxiety, fear, or tension, even when there is no real threat. Anxiety can be constant or occur in episodes, as in panic attacks. Some people fear social interactions, public speaking, or even leaving their homes. Symptoms include increased heart rate, dizziness, muscle tension, sleep disturbances, and concentration problems. These disorders interfere with daily life and require support or treatment.

Personality disorders

– these are conditions in which a person develops persistent patterns of behavior, emotions, and thinking that interfere with normal interactions with others. Such individuals may be excessively withdrawn, suspicious, impulsive, or dependent on others. They have difficulty adapting to changes, building healthy relationships, and controlling their emotions. These traits emerge in youth and can significantly affect a person's life and their surroundings.

Treatment Methods

Rational Pharmacotherapy

We carefully collect information about each patient's condition to make an accurate diagnosis and select the optimal treatment based on modern scientific data. In our work, we use only proven therapeutic methods and prescribe medications only when truly necessary, avoiding unnecessary medical intervention. We combine a scientific approach, attention to detail, and an individualized strategy for each patient.

Solution-Focused Therapy

We apply Solution-Focused Therapy – a modern method that helps quickly find a way out of difficult situations. Instead of searching for causes, it focuses on specific steps toward change, relying on the patient’s internal resources. This approach is future-oriented, activating the potential to overcome difficulties. At the core of the therapy is a trusting dialogue and support, allowing the person to independently find effective solutions.

Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy

We use advanced hypnotherapy methods based on modern scientific data and the integration of innovative techniques. Through a guided altered state of consciousness, the patient achieves deep relaxation, which helps activate internal resources and gain a new perspective on their own potential. This process facilitates the restructuring of established thinking patterns, unlocks access to hidden solutions, and helps achieve positive changes that previously seemed unattainable.

Quantitative Electroencephalography

We use this diagnostic method to thoroughly examine the patient's brain function and select the most suitable treatment option. During the examination, electrodes are attached to the head to record brain activity. Then, a detailed analysis of the collected data is conducted, helping to determine the characteristics of neural processes, identify imbalances in different brain areas, and gain a deeper understanding of the nature of symptoms.

What does the
therapeutic process look like?

Medical Diagnosis

Symptoms are just the tip of the iceberg, behind which various causes may lie – from nervous system dysfunctions to stress factors. A comprehensive diagnosis helps to understand them. In our center, we conduct a thorough examination, including Quantitative Electroencephalography (QEEG), to study brain function in detail. After obtaining a complete picture, we select the optimal treatment strategy.

Individual Treatment Plan

After diagnosing, it is important to choose the optimal treatment plan. Some methods directly affect the nervous system, while others work through the psyche, helping to activate internal resources. In our center, we combine pharmacotherapy with psychotherapy and solution-focused hypnotherapy. This approach not only accelerates the recovery process but also makes the results more sustainable. We tailor the treatment individually, taking into account the specifics of the disorder, as well as the needs and preferences of each patient.

Treatment

When the diagnosis is made and an individualized treatment plan is developed, the most important stage begins – the treatment itself. During visits to the doctor and psychotherapist, you will have a reliable communication channel for any additional questions. With regular visits to specialists and adherence to the treatment schedule, improvement usually occurs over time. If the desired result is not achieved, we will explore other solutions until we reach the necessary effect. The key is not to give up and believe in success.

Post-Treatment Support

And a pleasant bonus – we stay in touch with you even after your condition stabilizes. Our experience shows that specialist support after the active phase of treatment helps patients feel more confident and maintain their achieved results for longer. You can always reach out for a consultation, attend additional psychotherapy sessions to reinforce the effect, or check that everything is moving in the right direction.

FAQ

01

How to schedule an appointment?

If you are booking an appointment for the first time, we recommend contacting us at +48 500 20 95 20 to confirm whether we can assist you. If you are already our patient, feel free to use the booking page.

02

Do I need a referral from a family doctor to visit the center?

No.

03

Is it possible to have an online consultation?

It is difficult to diagnose and prescribe effective treatment remotely. Therefore, for the first consultation, we recommend an in-person visit to our office. Follow-up appointments with the doctor and psychotherapy sessions can be conducted remotely via video calls.

04

Do you accept patients under the NFZ?

No.

05

What documents should I bring to the first appointment?

Proof of identity, discharge summaries from previous hospitalizations, results of CT, MRI, EEG, laboratory tests, and psychological assessments. Additionally, any other documents you consider relevant.

06

What should I do if I’m late for my appointment?

Please inform us about this by phone at +48 500 20 95 20. If half of the scheduled appointment time remains, the doctor or psychotherapist has the right to cancel the visit without a refund, as it loses its meaning – we simply won’t have enough time to accomplish anything.

07

How can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Contact us by phone at +48 500 20 95 20 or use this website. Please note: if you notify us of changes after 6:00 PM on the day before your appointment, the payment will not be refunded.

08

How do you ensure patient confidentiality?

The doors of our offices are soundproofed, there is music playing in the corridor, and the waiting chair for clients is placed in front of the main door. All our documentation is stored electronically on certified servers that ensure reliable protection and security.

09

Is there parking available near the center?

There is parking available, but due to the high number of cars lately, we do not recommend relying on its availability :)

10

Are there facilities available for people with disabilities?

The office is located on the second floor. The building has an elevator, but its size may be insufficient for a wheelchair. Additionally, access to the restroom may be difficult, as it is accessed via stairs.

11

Is it allowed to visit the center with a companion?

Of course, but the accompanying person will need to wait in the corridor or in the lounge area.

12

How long does the treatment course last?

The process depends on the nature of the problem and the success of medication selection. Depression and anxiety typically improve within a year, but sometimes treatment may take longer.

13

How often should I visit the center?

At the beginning of treatment, frequent visits to the doctor are necessary as medications are being adjusted. Once the medications start working and side effects subside, the frequency of visits decreases. Typically, this is every two weeks initially, and later once a month. Psychotherapy sessions are usually held once a week, but towards the end of treatment, their frequency may also decrease.

14

Do you issue L4?

Yes, if necessary.

15

Do you provide referrals for hospitalization?

Yes, if necessary.
